Springtime in Colorado usually includes a late snow or two.  Here’s the apple tree outside my office window this morning.  Let it snow, we need the moisture… Springtime in Colorado usually includes a late snow or two.  Here’s the apple tree outside my office window this morning.  Let it snow, we need the moisture…

"The rumors of my death have been greatly exaggerated."

That’s what Mark Twain said, and it kind of applies to me, too. A Realtor friend told me that he heard I was retiring.  Well, the short answer is No.  Sometimes I think it would be fun to live the retired life.  But then I remember that I still have six mouths to feed at home.  And I still have a house payment.  Oh, and I suppose the utility companies would like to hear from me each month.
But you know, I don’t really want to retire yet.  I really enjoy what I’m doing.  I get a kick out of seeing all the different types of properties we have here in southern Colorado.  And I sure enjoy helping people figure out what they need to do to a house to make it into their dream home.

So, the rumors of my retirement have been greatly exaggerated.
